I spent years buying the latest skincare products and fighting age with everything I could. Deep down though I knew I wanted to age gracefully whilst still enjoying gorgeous products.
Since turning the big 50 I've become much more comfortable in my own skin and so much more conscious of what I use. After 30 years in desk-based jobs I also wanted to find a new hobby, something completely different to anything that I've done before and something for me! I embarked on a natural skincare qualification and never looked back.
I now realise the best type of skincare is natural, kind to this precious planet that we call home and brings a little joy to our busy lives.
And so Nourish was born.
Central to my ethos is catering for both men and women with simple products that use few ingredients but make you feel amazing and helping others through what we do. That's why I donate £1 from every single individual product that I sell to charities that support men and women in the UK.

This luxurious, indulgent face oil has been specially formulated for mature skin, made from 100% natural ingredients. This powerhouse blend will lock moisture in and rejuvenate skin to leave a healthy glow. It contains Apricot, Rosehip and Evening Primrose oils which help to leave skin feeling smooth and soft, rejuvenated and radiant and Vitamin E which helps to lock moisture in. It has a gorgeous calming aroma of Frankincense, Lavender and Geranium essential oils. You'll only need a couple of drops to lock moisture in.
Lavender for its antioxidant properties which help protect the skin from environmental stresses, antiseptic and antimicrobial properties cleanse and brighten the complexion.
Frankincense with its anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties help to reduce fine lines, anti-microbial properties sooth and calm irritated skin and its cell regeneration properties improve skin texture.
Geranium helps to regulate sebum restoring equilibrium to promote a clearer more radiant complexion, its anti-inflammatory properties sooth and calm the skin and its packed with antioxidants and vitamins that help combat free radicals (a key contributor to aging skin) preventing fine lines.
