Hi everyone, just wanted to share my excitement with like minded people. I studied at the RSN many years ago and currently teaching handwork at a Waldorf school. I've finally taken the plunge and despite it being absolutely terrifying I am going to start selling my designs in kits.
I'm a big believer in using my time crafting, particularly stitching as a time for reflecting, setting intentions and meditating. I wanted to make embroideries filled with symbols that connect us to a set intention. The first of many being Love. All the flowers, animals, symbols and even the plait are rooted in UK folklores as symbols of love.
The kit includes all the materials you need to make the piece as well as stitch guides and a description of each symbol/flower/animals significance in the piece.
