Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Luxury special occasion card suitable for a birthday, to say thank you or just because.
This luxury easel card featuring a swan design is perfect for that special someone who loves nature.
The card combines purple and blue hues which creates a sophisticated and elegant design.
The easel design allows the card to stand out and be displayed prominently.
The card consists of layers of purple mirror and patterned card on a hammered white card stock base.
The front of the card has been decorated with a large gold foiled topper featuring swans, this design continues inside. A raised tag with swans has been added.
To display the card fold the top panel over and rest it behind the raised tag.
The card measures approximately 15 x 15 cms and lays flat for posting.
