I love capturing nature in many ways, but cyanotypes are the truest form that allow me to really connect with the flowers or leaves I am using. It helps me focus on the beauty and detail of each individual plant and allows me the study and learn their intricacies in a gentle way.

Full description
I absolutely adore ferns (can you tell from my other listings?) and what better way to capture them than using cyanotype. This version of cyanotype allows for different textures to be captured, helping too embolden this beautiful leaf and make it really pop.
This is a beautiful and unique original A5 (5.8x8.3 inches) wet cyanotype mounted in an acid free mount, ready for framing in a 12x10 inch frame. This cyanotype has been printed on high-quality heavy weight mixed media paper.
Wet cyanotypes are one of the most beautiful forms of cyanotypes. They combine wet cyanotype chemicals, with a variety of different additions including bubbles, diluted white vinegar and sea salt amongst other things.
This particular print incorporates wet cyanotype chemicals with bubbles and diluted white vinegar, introducing beautiful textures and colours into the final piece.
Best endeavours have been made to capture the true colours of this piece; however, it may differ depending on the screen you are viewing the images on.
When hanging or storing your cyanotypes, please ensure they are away from direct sunlight as this can cause the print to fade.
This item will be shipped in a protective packaging and a non-bendable package via royal mail 2nd class service.
