Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

An exploding luxury 3D keepsake box card is a fun and unique way to surprise someone on their special day!
Just lift the lid on this little box which decorated with gold foiled butterflies to reveal the layers inside.
It will add an element of surprise to the celebration, making the recipient feel extra special and appreciated.
Each box features layers of butterfly and floral coordinating paper with gold card background. Die cut toppers featuring a little dog and the message Have a Blooming Lovely Day have been added in 3D.
Die cut embellishments of flowers that have been applied to the central box.
When the box is opened the layers drop revealing the central box. This has been left blank so that it can be personalised with gold numbers which will pop up in the centre. The photograph of the number 90 is for illustrative purposes only and is taken from another box. The number will be applied using card which coordinates with the design of this box.
When ordering please let me know what age you would like in the centre.
The lid has a 3D butterfly decoration and gold jewels.
There are little pockets of gold card on two of the layers where you can add your own personal touches such as messages or maybe photos. Pieces of parchment paper and paper clips are included for you to add your own messages.
The large box measures 9 x 9 cms, the middle 7 x 7 cms and the centre 5 x 5 cms.
