I've always been captivated by the moon's gentle glow and the way it illuminates the night sky. One day, I stumbled upon a beautiful stained glass piece featuring a smiling face, and I was struck by the whimsical charm it exuded. I decided to create my own version, inspired by the moon's soft luminescence. I chose a yellow enamel colour for the background and then added a delicate, curved smile to the face, using kiln fired oxide paints that seemed to capture the moon's ethereal essence.
