Each affirmation has been folded and tucked inside an origami envelope made from paper in warm, earthy tones - this jar of affirmations has been thoughtfully created with love and care.
This would make a perfect gift either for yourself or a loved one who practises morning self care - the affirmations can be added into a morning self care routine or can be used as a journal prompt.
Alternatively, the origami envelopes and affirmations are great for art journalling or scrapbooking.
The jar contains 31 affirmation, measures 500ml and is 11cm tall.
