Full description
These charcoal black oval shaped earrings are made from aluminium which I have hand dyed and printed in black with a single silver dandelion seed print. I make the dye permanent through heat and cut out the oval shape by hand using a piercing saw. Finally I have filed the edges to reveal the shiny aluminium underneath the dye.
These are seconds because the dye on the back of the earring is a bit uneven. They look perfect from the front though.
The ovals measure approximately 20mm x 11mm and dangle from sterling silver ear hooks.
