Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A luxury handmade 3D shadow box birthday card and coordinating decoupage gift box perfect for wishing someone Many Happy Returns.
The card features a printed card base with multicoloured bunting and silver swirls which continues on the back of the card. A 3D shadow box detail which has different layers of cakes, gifts, balloons and bunting has been added.
The words May all your Birthday Wishes and Dreams Come True have been added to the box.
Inside the card the wording A birthday celebration, a gathering of friends, here’s wishing you great happiness, a joy that never ends, has been added.
The card measures approximately 21 x 14.5 cms.
The gift box has been decorated with a decoupage design of cakes, balloons and gifts and features the words Happy Birthday and Party.
The box measures 13 x 13 x 2.5 cms.
