I love the leaf vein silver bails on a pendant. This piece of pale aqua seaglass is ideal as it is well smoothed all round and makes for a multi-occasion piece of jewellery. Enjoy!

This beautifully smoothed piece of very pale aqua seaglass, sometimes described as sea-foam, collected from Withernsea beach in East Yorkshire, is connected by a “leaf vein” Sterling silver bail to an 18 inch Sterling silver twisted chain to create a lovely unique pendant. The seaglass measures approx 2.3 x 1.8cm and the total length is approx 2.8cm.
Each piece of seaglass is unique due to the way the glass is tumbled by the sand and stones in the sea, the time it has been in the sea and its original make-up before entering the sea.
Aqua seaglass is likely to have been manufactured before mid-1900s when chemicals started to be added to get completely transparent glass.
This will be sent out using large letter Royal Mail Tracked 24.
