I bought a collection of vintage wicker baskets with the intention to create floral displays to fill the fireplace through the summer months to keep a focal point in the room when a fire isn't needed.
I have found that pampas and natural grasses are popular choices at the moment along with sunflowers and they compliment each other beautifully

This arrangement has a mix of dried grasses and flower heads, along with eucalyptus stems in orange and dark green to compliment the Sunny Sunflower stems beautifully.
The whole arrangement measures around 45 cm tall, around 35 cm wide and is contained in a vintage circular wicker basket.
Perfect to fill an empty fireplace through the summer months when a fire isn't needed.....fingers crossed Summer will start soon!
