Full description
These unique, handmade earrings were crafted with love in Northamptonshire, UK. Each earring features dark red garnet gemstone beads, recycled sterling silver beading wire, and solid silver ear hooks.
Inspired by the breathtaking beauty of "Blood Moons," the design showcases a central circle of sterling silver surrounded by red garnets to symbolise the mesmerising reddish glow during solar flares.
Did you know? The term "Blood Moon" refers to the stunning reddish-brown hue the moon takes on during a total lunar eclipse. When the moon passes through Earth's shadow, it's no longer directly illuminated by sunlight. Instead, some sunlight reaches it indirectly through Earth's atmosphere, creating a magical, warm glow. This natural phenomenon is also responsible for the gorgeous colours in sunsets and sunrises!
Each earring is finished with eight beautiful garnet beads, expertly hand-wrapped with recycled sterling silver wire.
Lightweight and comfortable, these earrings measure approximately 2 inches in length.
