I like to explore with different techniques, and I did monotype prints of dogs, crows, and bunnies before. My girlfriend who loves cats suggested I do kittens. She selected the photo I used as the model for this monotype series. The thing I like about monotype is that no two prints are the same. I can play with colour and shape. Each cat in this series has a different personality.
