I mixed some colours to paint the next day. The turquoise came from a little balloon hanging around my easel, a reminder of my youngest son’s birthday ten days earlier. I made a time-lapse #artprocessvideo of me painting in action (on Instagram). I took it so far in the video. Stopped. Then worked into it some more. Stopped. The added texture really lifts it.

An original one-off acrylic painting on stretched canvas by Cambridgeshire Artist, Rachel James, Celebration is 56cm x 46cm x 2cm.
The colours are hand mixed by the artist, the canvas is UK made.
The painting is professionally finished with gloss varnish which can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
The canvas is unframed, ready-to-hang on your wall.
Delivery is via ParcelForce Express48 service (UK) or ParcelForce International.
Local customers are welcome to arrange collection, please add a note on your order and I will refund the postage.
