It is important to note that due to the natural properties of wood, the shades and engravings on the products may vary slightly. Each piece is unique, as wood is a natural material with its own distinct graining and patterns.
Please keep in mind that when providing personalization details, it is crucial to enter them accurately, including any capitalization. For instance, if you want the name "James" to be engraved, make sure to enter it exactly as "James", not "james" or "JAMES".
Before making a purchase on personalized items, please double-check the delivery date to ensure it aligns with your requirements.
Lastly, please be aware that if you provide us with your personalization details and then decide to cancel the order after it has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to refund or cancel the order.
