A very warm welcome to my collection of original artwork.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout. Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.
(42) This original painting is called 'What's The View Like Up There?' The inspiration for this original artwork is the joy of visiting a number of beautiful coastal villages across Scotland. Perhaps some of these crofts are a little too close to the edge! This would make an ideal gift for any occasion.

Full description
This is a small mounted painting of a Scottish landscape. It is a beautiful day and the people living in the small croft on top of the cliff tops will have a great view of the coastline. I have used a combination of flat brushes and small sponges to paint a clear blue sky and knives to carve out the shape of the cliffs and the croft.
Key features include:
- This is an original, one-off painting at 3.5 x 2.5 inches. The total size including the mount is, 6 x 4 inches (15 x 10 cms).
- This work comes unframed.
- It is mounted and is ready for a frame of your choosing or can be saved in a collector's album.
