Calling all textile lovers! These beautiful handcrafted textile cards are for you. Professionally made with excellent attention to detail. Image comprises of sewn & dyed fabrics.
These cards are NOT PRINTED, each one is a unique one off piece of art made from REAL MATERIALS creating a gorgeous greeting card/gift for a special event or for an individual that likes something a bit different.
Each card is designed and made by the artist with repurposed fabric, items are saved from landfill and even the tiny scraps are used in the work. The central image is made using the Japanese Shibori method and dyed with natural indigo.
The art work is mounted on coloured paper on quality card with a quality coloured envelope chosen to enhance the design, all packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve.
Each card is designed and signed by the artist and has the potential to be easily framed at home or saved as a keepsake. Left blank inside for your own message. Size of card is A6 (10.5cm x 14.8cm)

I’ve always enjoyed using fabric and stitch to create my work with. Fabric is essential to our existence from birth, throughout our lives to death. It protects and covers us, keeps us warm and gives an important means of self expression. Our world has too much waste fabric so I like to use repurposed fabric in my work.
