Creating personalised prints which will bring joy and pleasure to others is a way of creating art to last.
Personalised prints are unique and bespoke and create a piece of art personal to each family.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Characters as you would like them to appear from left to right
Names of each character (for children, please add age for me to gauge the size)
A proof of your print will be sent for approval within 48 hours.
Printed onto Premium quality 260gsm Professional Art Paper
This is for the prints only - frames are not supplied.
All prints are presented in a clear cellophane folder and sent in a sturdy, good quality hardbacked envelope, for protection in the post.
Due to the custom nature of this item, returns cannot be accepted, unless an error has been made by Something Sassy
