Just to mention, all wood has its differences. grain and coloring, I try to avoid knots as much as I can.
I have a large one I made in my dining room and it's a true talking point.
if you'd rather it can be left unpainted for you to finish it as you wish and ill refund some of the cost.
A little Chinese history for you.
Yin is a symbol of earth, femininity, darkness, passivity, and absorption. It is present in even numbers, in valleys and streams, and is represented by the tiger, the color orange, and a broken line.
Yang is conceived of as heaven, maleness, light, activity, and penetration. It is present in odd numbers, in mountains, and is represented by the dragon, the color azure, and an unbroken line.
Just to mention, we take every care when manufacturing our products and use the best quality varnishes and stains but due to the many different wood grains and textures, there may be some slight variation between the advertised stain and the end product. Rest assured "we do exactly as it says on the tin"
