You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns/exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch back within 14 days of notice to return. Items must be returned in original/unworn/unsused condition with all labels attached. Any signs of wear other then trying on will not be refunded. As a smaller, independent business we currently do not offer Free returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (tracked is recommended).
Returns From Outside The UK
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within: 25 days of notice to return. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition – as above. Buyer is responsible for return postage (tracked is recommended).
