It is well established that a walk in the countryside can do wonders for our mental and general health.
Rural scenery can change almost by the day, with fresh blooms appearing over the spring and summer months, then the shades of Gold through the Autumn, then what seemingly may look like barren land during the winter, but look a little closer, you may well be very surprised!
