Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
All returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be undamaged and in there original packaging. However do to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings. The cost and responsibility of the return is for the customer customers are responsible for any returns within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a delightful rustic sterling silver and 'Scottish sea glass' pendant necklace with a silver Maple leaf embellishment. Lovingly handmade in my garden studio in the heart of the South Downs National Park near Lewes in East Sussex. Made from 100% recycled silver it hangs from a delicate 18'' sterling silver chain.
All my pieces are perfectly imperfect and as a handmade piece you will see tool marks
