Dear customers thank you for visiting my shop. With regards to postage unfortunately since the privatization of our postal services it has made it impossible for me to offer free postage anymore and sadly due to the unreliability of our cheaper postal options I must send your purchases via tracked post to ensure safe delivery within a reasonable time but I am splitting the coat with you so we pay half each,
I live in a village near Lewes in the heart of the Sussex 'South Downs National Park' and its beauty is the inspiration for my designs.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt at the cost to the customer. With the exception of earrings for hygiene purposes. All returns must be undamaged, in their original packaging in order to issue a refund.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
