Full description
A handcrafted beautiful design of a collection of blue butterflies (also available in gold) in my fused glass panel range. Perfect to sit on a mantlepiece, window sill or coffee table as a focus of interest. This little glass panel and stand once put together measures approx. 11.5cm h x 9cm w x 5cm d and comes carefully packaged in a gift box. If it's a present being sent direct to the recipient and you would like a hand written gift card included please message me.
The 3mm clear glass is first given a gentle firing in the kiln to smooth out the sides. Then the butterfly stencil designed by myself is hand sandblasted on with the blue finish finally added. The stand is solid wood (type will depend on sources available at the time), handmade with a groove cut out for the glass to sit in. Please note that the glass is not fixed in the stand so it will be loose to enable it to be dismantled.
