Treat yourself or gift a loved one to this beautiful handmade wheat bag that can be filled with a blend of organic lavender and wheat or wheat only. It features a washable cover made from your choice of white star, grey stripe, grey mulberry or boucle fabric and comes ready gift wrapped in a pretty polka dot tissue paper as standard in a cardboard flip box making it a perfect self care gift for a mum or friend. Instructions for use are included in a cute mini Kraft card envelope.
Use to ease stiff shoulders and necks for 20 minutes before bed to help with a more comfortable night's sleep or for general muscle aches. Alternately it can be, place in a freezer bag and use as a cold pack on bruises and sprains.

Instructions for Use:
Warm in the microwave for 2 minutes at full heat, remove, shake then place it back in for another minute. Never heat for any more than 3 minutes.
Machine wash outer cover at 30c on a gentle cycle, dry flat (do not tumble dry)
