Full description
Hand dyed pure silk embroidery thread, dyed with indigo to give a dark, speckled blue.
15m long, presented as a small skein.
Indigo is a pigment rather than a dye, some colour transfer is inevitable while working with this thread.
Mordanted and well rinsed, but not guaranteed light- or colour-fast.
