You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

We hope that you will love your product as much as we do! If for any reason you change your mind and would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@whendogs.co.uk within 14 days after receiving your item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will inspect the package promptly after we receive it and will provide store credit at the value of the products purchased within 14 days of receiving Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot process any refunds for charges related to custom duties, taxes, fees, etc. While we do in-depth quality check of all of our orders before shipping, if a product is faulty, please get in touch with us within 14 days at hello@whendogs.co.uk and we will do our best to make it right!

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
