Handmade stitched notebook made from recycled fine art paper and printmaking paper from my art studio. A handpainted design in ink is the cover along with canvas fabric.

My unexplored earth series of artworks are inspired by the stories I tell myself when I walk in the forest near my home. I created these unusual, quirky soul painting books because I wanted to use them for my stories, words and sketches. I make these books from paper torn out of my sketchbook and the edges of my fine art drawing and printmaking paper. Each book is unique in appearance and character and is designed to softly wear around the edges with use, so that it continues to evolve and has its own life story, continuing the creation of art.
I use artists quality paper just the same as my larger fine art pieces. Please protect them from moisture and extremes of heat temperature.
