40m of lace-weight pure spun bourette silk, dyed with natural weld and indigo dyes.
Perfect for weaving or stitching, this is a rustic silk with a good texture.
Perfect as a gift for a special stitcher.
This is a 2-ply yarn but very fine. It's also of a coarse texture and not perfectly smooth. Ideal for weaving, knitting, crochet and most fibre arts, it's not advisable to stitch a densely woven fabric with this, due to risk of breakage.
