I had made lots of brightly coloured rag rugs and wanted to see whether a more neutral (goes with anything) design would work too. It does! This is one of my favourite rugs.

Full description
Neutral cream rag rug suitable for bedroom, bathroom or lounge. Handwoven on my small frame-loom using a braided technique to create a pleasingly random pattern of coordinated whites, creams and beige with flecks of yellow and pink to add interest.
Each rug takes around 6 hours to produce. The fabrics are all guaranteed recycled making this an environmentally-friendly product.
This rug measures 76x58cm (30x23”) which fits perfectly alongside the bed on my narrowboat. It would also be ideal for a caravan or country cottage looking for retro chic furnishings. The rug is washable at a cool temperature but may need a sunny day to dry as the weave is nice and thick.
I am also happy to produce bespoke items should you wish to coordinate with other furnishings.
