I've always dreamt of creating little collectible toys that have little personalities to them as I grew up chatting to my toys (I don't do that anymore, don't you worry) and it brought me so much joy to give them character traits and explore what their place is in my imaginary world. I hope these toys bring you as much joy as they do to me. Always happy to chat further about their personalities if you would like to get to know them better before adopting officially!! :)
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
A refund will only be actioned if the item has been returned to the seller in sellable condition or if the order has been cancelled prior to it being posted. The seller cannot issue a refund if the order has been lost, damaged during delivery, or delayed. Thank you!
