Thank you for looking through my shop! I aim to post on the next working day and postage is always Tracked. Customers can message me for their tracking number.
Most items have a gift box option for a small extra cost (mostly to account for the increased postage fee).
I also make bespoke items upon request - just send me a message and I'll get back to you to discuss your requirements.
Items that are not marked as a gift may be posted with recycled exterior packaging to reduce my carbon footprint - the packaging around the item will always be new.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Painted with gold, rose gold and a pinkish enamel, this silver metal butterfly is presented on a Stainless Steel ball chain. Each pendant is painted individually - a custom design in your favourite colours can be created upon request.
Each butterfly measures 55mm from wingtip to wingtip, and 40mm from top to bottom. The Stainless Steel chain is 69cm - if you wish for a plain chain, or one of a different length, please message me.
Care Instructions: Like all jewellery, the butterfly pendants should not be handled too roughly, but they’re suitable to wear every day and will survive the occasional dip – please don’t leave them in water for any prolonged period as it may cause the enamel to lift away from the metal. The chain can be removed and washed in warm soapy water - please ensure it is thorougly dry before putting away.
Postage & Packaging: Postage is charged per order, no matter how many items you buy. Your butterfly pendant will be placed in a chiffon bag and packaged in recyclable cardboard postage box. Orders are usually posted the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International deliveries include tracking and may take up to 30 working days.
Your Guarantee: Each piece is handmade with care using quality materials – if I wouldn’t wear it myself, I won’t sell it. Returns are accepted in line with my shop’s policies.
