Welcome to my shop. I hope you enjoy having a browse. I love working with textiles, making small and large items.
I am always happy to consider commissions and can personalise items. Just drop me an email pamccrafts@gmail.com.
You can follow me on FB and Instagram as well @pamccrafts.
All the items are hand sewn by me. I am increasingly thinking about sustainability with my work and am including more repurposed projects, and trying to use organic and natural fibres and fabrics.
I donate 10% of my sales to Launchpad, a charity working to prevent homelessness in Reading
If you are in the Reading area and would like to collect from me it would be lovely to meet you and chat about my work. I have a stall at most of the Artists and Makers Fairs in Caversham
https://www.artistsandmakersfairs.co.uk.
I love working with these beautiful Fairtrade silks.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
The Celtic Cross is an ancient Christian symbol.
These crosses are made by applying small pieces of sari silk on to hessian. I then hand stich and machine stitch to build up the layers and back them with Indian block print cotton. They are mounted on
hessian covered card and protected with cellophane . Each is unique and colours will vary.
An explanation of how they are made is included.
Not only does the production of silk fabric support women in India, and the small company Yarn Yarn that visits their community and imports these fabrics: 10% from each sold will go to Launchpad, a charity working to prevent homelessness in Reading. So, many people will benefit from your purchase
