I often buy loose fruit and veg in supermarkets but find that the paper bags they supply are not replenished often enough. That means loose fruit in the trolley or basket gets bruised sometimes. These are ideal as they're light weight and they look different to the ones you can buy at the supermarket to avoid the cashier confusing them with their own.
I find them perfect for popping things straight into the fridge after shopping as well. I can put some veg in the main part of fridge rather than salad crisper which gets full quickly!
