Pussy cat, pussy cat I love you……
I have a design for a trio of cats which I thought I’d make it as single cat sun catchers and they have proven very popular. I do hope you like these tortoiseshell pussycats.
This would make a great present for any cat lover, especially if they have a tortoiseshell cat.
Each cat has been made using seven different types of stained glass which has made a great mixture of colours and textures.
Each piece of glass has been cut by hand, ground, washed, foiled and soldered together before being washed again. The whiskers and tail curl have been made from tinned wire. Two rings and a length of fishing line have been added for hanging purposes.
This suncatcher measures 10 cms wide x19 cms high including the rings.
You will be asked which cat you’d prefer when adding to the basket. Please indicate left, middle or right. Please note the cat on the far right and left have now sold.
I will supply a window hook so you can hang it up as soon as received. Please remember to wet the plunger before you push it firmly onto the window.
