ABOUT OUR KEY RINGS
Each keyring is made using stretchy cord with a swivel snap hook andor the following: acrylic beads, silicone beads
Each keyring is lovingly handmade by the team here at Tilly & Fred s.
CARE AND SAFETY
To ensure the integrity of the keyring, avoid it getting wet.
Although they are securely made, they are not indestructible so please take care of them.
Adult supervision is highly recommended with children under 3 due to small parts being a choking hazard.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
All keyrings have a processing time 1-2 working days depending on volume of orders. Shipping time depends on location but this will be shown on checkout.
All keyrings are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class which we offer for free with the option of upgrading to Royal Mail 1st Class at an extra cost.
All keyrings will be sent in a cute drawstring bag and then popped into a bubble wrap mailer bag.
Although we ensure that our keyrings leave in the best possible condition, we can understand things happen in transit so if there are any problems with your order, please let us know and we will get the problem resolved affectively and efficiently.
