Aquamarine reminds us of the sea both in colour and in name, and is therefore said to have a calming influence, soothing the wearer and encouraging them to let go of current anxieties. Lepidolite has a vast amount of legends attributed to it as a hugely spiritual stone that promotes calm, trust, and acceptance. A stone of hope in the darkness. Used in rebirthing and dreamwork, it is said to help the wearer remember their dreams so the messages can be understood. A strongly protective gem believed to be a positive stone for mental health with the alleged ability to ease stress, anxiety and despondency. Quite a stone! Lepidolite aligns mainly to the heart chakra, and also the pineal / third eye and crown chakras.
