This is my contemporary take on a very traditional quilt block: the bear paw. I've taken the age-old design and brought it right up to date using bright, co-ordinating colours. The background is a super scrappy mix of 'low-volume' prints. The result is a contemporary quilt that would look at home in a modern nursery or a boho interior. It would work equally well as a child's quilt, sofa throw or wallhanging.

ESSENTIAL INFO

- Measures 49.5" x 39.5" (126 cm x 100 cm): please use a tape measure to visualise the actual size

- Patchwork top - 100% designer quilting cottons

- Wadding - eco-friendly cotton/bamboo blend

- Backing and double-fold binding - 100% designer cotton

- Wash by hand or on the cool cycle (the quilt hasn't been washed, and will shrink slightly when it is laundered)

- Line dry or very gentle tumble. Press gently with a steam iron if necessary.
