This is a microwavable wheat and lavender heat pack filled with wheat grain and dried lavender buds from France. The lavender is top quality and is wonderfully aromatic. This lavender is produced with care to the environment as it is cultivated without the use of pesticides or other chemicals. Lavender helps to create a sense of harmony and well-being, it helps to calm and relax.
You can use this as a heat pack or cold pack and it gives pain relief for back, joint and muscle pains. Simply heat in a microwave for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Full instructions are included.
You can also use this to snuggle up with in bed and warm your hands or feet, you can use it while you relax on the sofa, you can take one in the car on chilly winter mornings to warm you up, you can use them on your outdoor patio on a cool evening, the uses are endless! They are very calming and a great way to unwind.
