I live near miles of golden sandy beaches on the Lancashire coast, so quite honestly it was only going to be a matter of time until some beach themed jewellery came along. This little seahorse was originally a sketch for a linocut print that I was making, and then gradually persuaded me to try it out in silver. I'm so pleased I did, and hope that you are too!

This cute little seahorse is made from solid sterling silver, and hangs on an 18 inch sterling silver box chain. Measuring in at 34mm x 18mm it is pleasantly solid, but still light enough to wear comfortably throughout the day. The finish is a satin brushed surface, which shows off the deep hand engraved design to maximum effect.

This silver seahorse necklace would look equally stunning paired with jeans and a blouse, or dressed up for a night on the town. This would make the perfect gift for the mermaid in your life!

It is fully hallmarked with my maker's mark, and the London Assay Office silver hallmarks, and is entirely hand made by me in my Lancashire studio.
