The inspiration for this line of my necklaces came from birds nests, especially black bird's nests. The 3 gemstones in the centre of the silver nest resemble birds eggs.
When I first created this necklace, I wanted to make a range of necklaces that would be staple to match with any outfit. The necklace is designed to look good with everyday and smart clothes, making it a staple piece of jewellery. The sterling silver findings are made from recycled silver in the UK. I try to use as many UK based suppliers as I can.

TURQUOISE
The name Turquoise is derived from the French, pierre turquoise, meaning Turkish stone, because the trade routes that brought Turquoise to Europe from the mines in central Asia went through Turkey, and Venetian merchants often purchased the stone in Turkish bazaars.
