To execute this entitlement, formally communicate your decision to retract to Veg & Veg UK and ensure the return of the goods in their original, unopened, and unused state. It's imperative to recognize that Veg & Veg UK is unable to intervene with processed orders once the Dispatch Confirmation has been issued, even if the customer communicates the revocation before receiving said confirmation. Dispatch: Veg & Veg UK extends dispatch services solely to addresses within the UK Mainland at no additional charge. Any requests for deliveries to other regions in the UK require prior consultation with our customer service team. Postponed/Misplaced Orders: Should a parcel remain within the postal system for a duration exceeding 14 working days, the delivery service categorizes it as misplaced. While it's infrequent for deliveries to endure this extended timeframe, Veg & Veg UK refrains from issuing a refund until after this stipulated period. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, Veg & Veg UK cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by the customer due to delayed or undelivered goods. Acknowledgment on Delivery: For security measures, deliveries may mandate a signature upon receipt. If your availability at the customary address during regular office hours is unfeasible, alternative delivery instructions can be provided during the order placement. Failure to collect within the prescribed timeframe results in the parcel's return to Veg & Veg UK, necessitating arrangements for a new delivery, with the customer covering the ensuing costs. Incorrect Address/Adjustments: Veg & Veg UK is incapable of effecting address adjustments or corrections once an order has been finalized. In instances where the delivery address at checkout proves erroneous or incomplete, Veg & Veg UK disclaims responsibility for any order losses. If returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, the customer bears the responsibility for all redelivery costs. Reimbursements for Unopened Items: Veg & Veg UK extends the option of refunding unopened items acquired through the website: https://veg-veg-uk.company.site/ within 14 days of receipt, contingent upon their return in their original, resalable condition. A reimbursement, excluding delivery fees, will be processed within 14 working days of the returned item's reception. Statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected. Refund Policy for Returns: In instances of returned items, the deduction of the voucher value from the refund occurs when a discount voucher was applied, and the order no longer qualifies. Similarly, if a free gift voucher was utilized, and the order becomes ineligible, the return of the unopened and undamaged free gift is mandatory, or its value will be deducted from the refund. Utilizing a recorded or insured delivery service is advised, given that Veg & Veg UK disclaims accountability for any lost returned parcels. Examination of Returned Merchandise: Upon receipt, all returned items undergo scrutiny. Owing to hygiene considerations, Veg & Veg UK does not refund or replace opened or used goods unless they are found to be defective. Eligible refunds are reimbursed through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods. Monitoring Customer Revocations or Returns: Veg & Veg UK reserves the right to oversee customer revocations or returns, and may impose administration fees and payment processing charges. The refusal of returns is a possibility if a customer consistently engages in the pattern of purchasing and returning goods. Each return is evaluated on an individual basis, considering the customer's transaction history. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items: Upon receiving the entire delivery, thorough examination is advisable. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be promptly communicated to our customer service team via email at vegveguk@gmail.com or through the website's contact form. Include your order number and attach a photograph illustrating the damaged or incorrect product. Veg & Veg UK will facilitate the delivery of a replacement without additional charges and may request the return of the damaged or incorrect item in its original packaging. In the case of a missing item from the order, scrutinize the parcel for any indications of damage or tampering. Immediate contact with our customer service team through email at vegveguk@gmail.com or the website's contact form is imperative, providing the order number and pertinent details about the missing item(s). Reporting damages, defects, missing items, or any errors within 7 days of receipt ensures eligibility for return, with statutory rights of the customer remaining unaffected.
