A very warm welcome to my collection of original artwork. I just love creating pieces that captures the rugged beauty of the landscape in a moment in time.
Prior to posting, the artwork will be carefully encased in a protective wrap then secured in heavy duty packaging. If possible I will reuse appropriate materials to ensure each piece is safe during transit.
(4) I love to paint flowers and the occasional critter that depends on them. This small artwork is a celebration of the beauty found all around us. By including bees in this piece, I’m praising the interconnectedness of flora and fauna in the delicate balance of ecosystems. I have called this painting, ‘ The Buzz Of The Yellow, Black & Gold’. It would make an ideal gift for any occasion.

Full description
This original acrylic work captures the essence of a sunlit meadow teeming with wildflowers and the buzz of industrious bees. This colourful artwork invites you to take a closer look at nature’s blooms to find a couple of its diligent pollinators. I have chosen bold purples, lavenders, reds & greens to depict the grasses, foxgloves and poppies which contrast with the softer yellows and golds of the cornflowers. Using very small brushes, I’ve used gold, black & white to capture the fuzzy texture of the body of the bee and their delicate wings.
This is an original, one-off, acrylic painting on sealed paper. It is varnished and presented on high quality mountboard. It is unframed.
The size of the art work is approx. 25.4 x 20.3 cms (10 x 8 inches), including the mount. My initials are on the front and the work is signed and dated at the back. It comes in a cello sleeve for additional protection.
Orders will be shipped by 1st class Royal Mail in a reinforced, hard-backed envelope.
