I like making small hats, which people seem to call fascinator , but this is a small hat. I thought this small hat would be quite a statment piece. With a red velvet base and a black sinamay teardrop at an angle with 3 red fabric roses and a chiffon large bow, it comes with a comb sewn inside to anchor to head, also comes with a hat pin and 2 matching clips.

Can have a headband attached if required, also a black or red birdcageveil would look great . please contact me for more details., and advise.
