A very warm welcome to my collection of original artwork. I just love creating pieces that captures the rugged beauty of the landscape in a moment in time.
Prior to posting, the artwork will be carefully encased in a protective wrap then secured in heavy duty packaging. If possible I will reuse appropriate materials to ensure each piece is safe during transit.
(60) I've called this original piece, "The Restless Heart of the Sea". The work has been inspired by trips to the coast in all weathers to feel the energy of the elements and breathe in the fresh air. This would make an ideal gift for any occasion.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
This colourful painting of the coast is ready to hang. In this landscape we see a rough sea lashing against the coastline. The sky has been painted with sweeping brush strokes, blending the colours as I go. The cliffs in the distance and foreground have been painted with a knife and various mark-making tools. The sea has been painted with quick, sharp brush strokes to give a sense of energy and power.
Some key features include:
- This is an original, one-off, acrylic painting on sealed panel board.
- It is ready to hang or can be free standing. No frame required, although you may wish to insert in a floating frame.
- The board has been painted on the sides and varnished.
- Total size is 30.5 x 30.5 x 2.5 cms (12x12 x1 inches).
- My initials are on the side panel and it is signed at the back.
- Also included is a note of authentication from me, Susan Betty.

This colourful painting of a coastal landscape will be posted out by first class Royal Mail. The painting will be covered with glassine paper before it is carefully encased in bubble wrap (or equivalent). It will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box.
