Full description
This is a handmade machine stitched fabric textile 3D pod
Made from layers of fabric including hand dyed Egyptian cotton and silk fabrics using the free machine embroidery style of sewing and applique.
It opens up slightly at the top, enough to hide a few treasures or a bag of chocolates.
There is a coil of fabric to keep it closed and one of my own handmade glass beads hanging off the thread of each loop.
Size approximately 10.5" high 10" across
The pod is made of multicoloured segments and handmade glass lampworked beads made by me in my glass studio.
This pod is twice the size of my normal pods
