Just a little note on my postage. I currently only post to UK & USA. Due to Europe laws on packaging and all postage rules, I don't post to any EU countries.
All my UK orders are posted by Royal Mail 2nd class, usually the same or next day with exception of custom orders.
If you would prefer 1st Class post, please add this option to the basket when checking out. For any other postage options please use the message button and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Unsure which item will make the perfect gift? Let the recipient choose for themselves. Gift vouchers will let them do just that and make a perfect gift for any occasion.
Gift Vouchers available in denominations of £10, £20, £30. Other values can be arranged on request.
The voucher will be sent to you by email as a pdf file, which you can then either print or forward electronically to the recipient.
Vouchers are redeemable against items in the Knot So Neat shop on Folksy and the associated postage&packing costs.
Each voucher will include a unique reference number that is traceable back to your purchase to guard against loss or fraud.
Vouchers can be personalised by adding 'Recipients name', ' Sender's name' and a short message of your choice. Please add these details when checking out in Message to seller section or use ‘Contact’ button to provide information after the purchase.
The recipient of the voucher makes their choice from my shop and then PLACES THEIR ORDER BY EMAIL (details provided) or via the 'Contact' button on the shop header.
Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
If the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, this can be paid separately.
Full value of the voucher can be spread across more purchases.
Valid for 1 year from purchase.
I’m afraid I can’t offer refunds on gift voucher purchases.
