DISCLAIMER: I can't be held responsible for any spelling mistakes on your behalf so please double check when ordering as I will be copying & pasting your sent personalised text. Delivery is by Royal Mail courier(depending on country) and comes with tracking plus must be signed for. Please allow up to 7-18 working days for your order, excluding weekends. Some international deliveries may take up to 28 days over the holiday periods. Please bare this in mind if purchasing as a gift for someone i.e., birthday or Christmas presents, best to order 3 weeks before the specific celebration date. Returns not accepted but if a product arrives damaged it I can arrange a replacement, but I can assure you all items are checked before being sent off.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Before removing protective film from door plaque first add adhesive sticky pads to the back(removing paper strips) then carefully position onto door before pressing down firmly. Only then proceed to remove the plastic protective film. AVOID touching the face surface once the film has been removed to prevent fingerprints and smudge marks. To clean use a tiny amount of a 'Glass/Tile' spray cleaner and cloth.
When selecting your personalised text please keep in mind that a one word/name or short quote/message is better as the letters will be bigger and will have more of an impact than say smaller text words for the towel & mouse pad. Select a one word/name for the door plaque.
