The Witch and the Spriggan is a short folk tale that I have written and illustrated for Folktale Week 2023.
The Witch & the Spriggan is a short story inspired by Cornish myths and legends. It is a tale of power, fear and forgiveness that is suitable for all ages.
This folktale makes the perfect read for a cold winter's night or a cosy night around the campfire.
Bring back the tradition of storytelling and the telling of folktales, with this short folk tale that follows the adventures of a wise woman amongst the wild moors of Cornwall, descending deep underground, where the spirits of the ancients inhabit dark caverns and mines.
This booklet is A5 size and consists of 24 pages including the front and back covers and includes 7 full colour illustrations. It is professionally printed in an artist's 'zine' style, booklet format. It has a soft paper cover of 250gsm paper and the internal pages have a weight of 150gsm.
It makes a great little stocking filler stocking stuffer or secret Santa gift this Christmas.
