Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Gift voucher for my shop here on Folksy, perfect for wedding, house warming or last minute gifting!
Available for £10, £20, £30, £50 or £100 denominations. Make your choice from the drop down menu.
The voucher will be emailed to you within 24 hours for you to either forward to the recipient or print out to gift directly.
Vouchers are redeemable for items in my Louise Brainwood shop and their associated package and posting costs.
Not valid for purchases to be shipped outside of the UK
Each voucher will include a unique reference number which is traceable back to your purchase to protect you against fraud or loss.
The recipient will need to make their choice of item from my shop and me the details via the email address on the voucher or by using the 'Contact' button in my shop.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the voucher exceeds the value of the chosen item a new voucher will be issued for the difference. The expiry date will remain the same as the original.
Vouchers are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
